If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our support team within 30 days and we'll work with you to find a solution.

To be eligible for a refund:

Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.
We may ask for photos of the product or packaging to help process your request.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Orders can be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
