We want you to be able to try REENU with total confidence. That's why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If REENU isn't right for you, contact our support team within 30 days to start a return, and once we've received your order back, we'll issue your refund.

Our guarantee is designed for you to genuinely try the product — so it's fine if your pouch has been opened and sampled. It covers your first order, so you can decide with confidence.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
• The product must be returned to us, including any remaining product and packaging.
• The guarantee applies to your first order of REENU (one refund per customer).

We stand fully behind this guarantee for genuine use. We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is clear evidence of misuse of this policy — for example, repeated return-and-reorder activity — so we can keep offering an honest, no-catch guarantee to everyone else.
